Booking a Session

Everyone's healing or spiritual path is unique and individual and it is important to find a practitioner that you trust and feel comfortable with to undertake your journey. Personal recommendation from friends is a good way to find a practitioner, but what suits one person may not suit another. It is important to go with your intuition when selecting a healer.

When a client first calls I will usually take minimal information; name, phone number, where they found my details etc. and arrange a convenient time for an appointment. I usually work on weekdays between 12 noon and 6 pm , but can also accommodate evening or weekend sessions if necessary. Sessions generally last an hour, but if a longer session is required this can be arranged. I begin by taking a brief medical history, discussing the client's reasons for attending and what they hope to gain from treatment. This highlights any problem areas before I begin.

The client remains clothed throughout the session, and I work with a combination of touch on the body, work in the aura and bringing the energy into the space. The client may be seated on a chair or lying on the couch, depending on their particular problem and specific needs.

When the energy work is over, we both drink a glass of water and discuss anything that came up for the client during the session. It is up to the individual how often they want to come, but I generally suggest a follow up after a couple of weeks to assess the effect of the healing and the frequently of any further sessions required.

“Jane's treatment room is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Her natural healing energy leaves me with a deep sense of peace and balance in my life.”
