"Helping you to see your unique beauty and find your own individual style"

Welcome to the Colour and Image website. My name is Jane and I have been working as a Colour and Image Consultant since 2006. My background is in design, lecturing in design at Nottingham Trent University (specialising in colour) and holistic therapies so I have worked with colour and style in many different capacities for over thirty years.

I work with individuals and groups and have worked with a broad range of different clients;  slimming groups, young mums, those recovering from cancer treatment, people with disabilities, women's institutes, men, those who are transitioning gender, people changing career or returning to work, youth groups and teachers in education and anyone who just wants to spruce up their image or feel better about themselves.

Once you know the colours and styles that suit you, clothes shopping becomes much easier.  You can stop wasting money on clothes that you will never wear and start to shop more efficiently. This can help reduce your spend on clothes, cutting down on waste in your wardrobe and on the planet.

I am based near the centre of West Bridgford in Nottingham. Please click on 'services' on the menu bar above for a full price list, gift vouchers can also be purchased for all services. For more information just call or e-mail by clicking 'booking' above.

“Just to let you know I got the job!!! I can honestly say that all your advice made me feel a more confident person on the day - how amazing is that! Thank you ever so much."
Vivien, Stathern

I have also worked with colour and body image on many projects with the Holistic Health Team, who were a group of 20 holistic therapists who came together to work on a broad variety of projects with charities, community groups, schools, colleges and corporate clients. The aim of the team was 'Making Health and Wellbeing More Accessible' by working on funded projects which are free at the point of access. The team won an FHT award for Excellence in Practice in 2014.
